We don't duck responsibility. Every Lumber Duck install is backed by a 3-year workmanship warranty, plus manufacturer material warranties on the products we use. Upgrading to Cedar Post on Pipe extends your coverage on the strongest build we offer.
Workmanship Warranty
Standard on every install
Every fence we install is backed by a 3-year warranty covering defects caused by our installation. If a post leans, a gate sags, or a connection fails because of how we built it, we come back and fix it — no argument, no fine print.
- Covers installation defects — not wear, weather, or impact
- Transferable to a new homeowner within the warranty term
- No-cost repair visits for covered issues
- Account must be in good standing

What's not covered
We're upfront about it. No fence is indestructible, and these are the things no workmanship or material warranty covers — ours or the manufacturer's.
- Damage from misuse, modification by others, or third-party repairs
- Ground movement, settling, or soil washout
- Vehicle impacts, flooding, or acts of nature
- Failure to maintain cedar with recommended staining/sealing
- Damage from improper drainage or irrigation directed at the fence line
We just fix it
If something's off with a fence we built, the first thing we do is come take a look — not argue about whether it's covered. Integrity comes first, and standing behind our work is the whole point of the warranty. When in doubt, give us a call.
